Considering a career with Property Button? Property Button is a rapidly growing SAAS business based in Bray, Co. Wicklow. Our purpose is to maximize occupancy at rented properties and hence eliminate homelessness: by reducing vacancy by one week per property per new tenancy.

By maximizing occupancy, we mean reducing the time a property is empty between tenancies i.e. the time it takes to move the exiting tenant out; audit the property, clean it, repair any damage, advertise the property, manage viewings, manage offers and set-up a new tenancy.

Our customers are estate agents, property managers, councils, property funds and property developers: in fact, anyone who is responsible for the sale, letting or property management of a property. Property Button is responsible for all communication end to end across our customer journey for tenants and businesses establishing those tenancies.

Sales Development Representative – Developer Channel / UK & Ireland

Location: Bray, Co.Wicklow

About this role:

Sales Development Representatives are responsible for B2B sales activity including outbound prospecting, market research, lead qualification, contact list development, direct customer contact and appointment setting. We are looking for high energy, driven people with a professional telephone manner, previous SDR experience is an advantage but not a necessity. If you’re hungry for success, you want to get stuck in and you get our vision, then this is the job for you. Previous experience of using CRM systems and or selling to the Building Sector is an advantage.

Requirements

  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale

  • Strong attention to detail and loves working towards clear goals
  • An ability to work in a pressurised sales environment

Inside Sales Executive – Ireland & UK

Location: Bray, Co.Wicklow

About the role:

Inside sales executives are responsible for developing a dedicated territory (region or vertical) and the entire customer sales cycle. This involves the coordination of all activities across business development, sales programs, and events. The role involves both office based inside sales and occasional field sales activities and a combination of inbound and outbound sales engagements. If you’re a hungry for success and you want to get stuck in, then this is the job for you. Basic Requirements:

  • Successful history of net new business sales
  • A passion for sales
  • Technology sales experience (preferably Software or Business Applications)
  • Enterprise applications pitch experience
  • Customer interaction excellence
  • Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement
  • Business development expertise through inbound and outbound prospecting
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • Willingness to travel
