Customer Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Support Team Member. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service processes, well-trained in product knowledge and supplier processes that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Role:

  • Answering incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, switch queries, service questions and general customer concerns
  • Outbound calls to chase up missing information required to complete switches
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure all data is correct
  • Update customer information in Salesforce and follow through to ensure resolution
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and processes
  • Be actively engaged and involved in any changes in company policies, process improvement and sharing best practice

Desired attributes and experience:

  • Previous customer service experience (1/2 years preferred)
  • Previous experience with handling B2B queries
  • Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the Property sector/ Utility sector desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience with use of Salesforce desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work on their own initiative
  • Quick Learner

SDR (Sales Development Researcher) – Property Developer Channel

Location: Bray, Co.Wicklow

Start date: Immediate

About this role:

Property Button is looking for a high-performing SDR to join a team of experienced sales professionals in the property developer channel. This role will be crucial in supporting the team to meet business demands and exceed revenue growth targets.

A strong focus is required on:

  • CRM usage – Salesforce
  • Operational structure & process
  • Reporting to key stakeholders
  • Data quality & analysis
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly KPI’s
  • Activity levels to research & qualify opportunities

The individual will support the property developer sales team by researching & qualifying leads, to ensure the accuracy & integrity of raw data.

The SDR role will initially be an entry level role in a fast-paced start-up business. The successful candidate will have an ability to work closely with the Sales Team & take on clear instruction. We have strong future plans for career progression & channel expansion within this area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capturing of raw data for sales leads
  • Structuring data in a usable format
  • Internet based research on companies and individuals
  • Basic qualification of clearly defined criteria
  • Appointment setting for Sales Team
  • Daily/weekly/monthly reporting to the head of channel
  • Use of CRM system Salesforce to capture relevant data

Sales Executive

About the role:

Inside sales executives are responsible for developing a dedicated territory (region or vertical) and the entire customer sales cycle. This involves the coordination of all activities across business development, sales programs and events. The role involves both office based inside sales and field sales activities and a combination of inbound and outbound sales engagements. If you’re hungry for success and you want to get stuck in, then this is the job for you. Basic Requirements:

  • Successful history of net new business sales
  • A passion for sales
  • Technology sales experience (preferably Software or Business Applications)
  • Enterprise applications pitch experience
  • Customer interaction excellence
  • Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement
  • Business development expertise through inbound and outbound prospecting
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals

Telesales Executive

Location: Bray, Co.Wicklow

About the role:

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will join an existing high energy and professional team who enjoy their roles. The Telesales team engage our customers every day, our customer’s value friendly and helpful support and advice i.e. people not machines (no automated voicemail). 
Your role will be to manage these personal relationships through active engagement with each of our customers, to become their trusted advisors. The Telesales executive role is also the key driver of growth at our business i.e. this team identify and develop new business opportunities for Property Button. 

Requirements:

  • Selling products i.e. media, energy waste etc.
  • Resolving customer queries within a fast & effective manner
  • Customer interaction, inbound/outbound calls, live chat to customers
  • Reply to customer emails regarding products
  • Directly contacting Energy Suppliers with queries from our customers
  • Organising Utility reconnects
  • Actioning all emails in the operations email queue within SLA
  • Ensure all applications from estate agents are processed within SLA
